Terms & Conditions

1. About Iron Circuit

Iron Circuit is a private kettlebell strength and conditioning studio located at Kikar HaMedina, Tel Aviv. We operate structured group training sessions, personal training, and youth fitness classes.

2. Membership and Booking

Membership is offered in structured training blocks. By purchasing a membership or booking a session, you agree to the following:

Block structure: Training is delivered in periodized blocks. Sessions are not interchangeable between blocks without prior agreement.

Session capacity: Group sessions are capped at 12 participants. Booking is required in advance. Availability is not guaranteed without a confirmed booking.

Punctuality: Sessions begin on time. Late arrivals may not be admitted if the warm-up phase has concluded, for safety reasons.

Cancellations by you: Cancellations must be made before your next payment date, and ideally at least one calendar month in advance. Cancellations made after payment has been processed will not be refunded for that billing period. Late cancellations or no-shows for individual sessions may result in the session being forfeited without credit.

Cancellations by us: In the unlikely event we cancel a session, we will notify you as early as possible and arrange a make-up session or credit.

3. Payment

Fees: Membership fees and session rates are as communicated at the time of purchase. Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice.

Payment: Payment is due in advance of the training block or session unless otherwise agreed.

Refunds: Memberships are non-refundable once a block has commenced, except where required by Israeli consumer protection law. Requests for credit or transfer due to injury or exceptional circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Trial sessions: Trial sessions are available at the published rate. One trial session per new member.

4. Health, Safety and Medical Responsibility

Training at Iron Circuit involves physical exertion and the use of kettlebells and bodyweight exercises. By participating, you confirm the following:

- You will inform your coach immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort during a session.

Iron Circuit is not a medical provider. Nothing in our programming constitutes medical advice. If you are unsure whether training is appropriate for your current health status, consult a medical professional before attending.

Minors (under 18): Participation in youth classes requires written parental or guardian consent prior to the first session.
